Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to room availability. A booking confirmation will be provided after successful reservation. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of incorrect information or policy violations.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time: 10:00 AM
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

Guests who wish to extend their stay must inform the reception before 10:00 AM. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for the next day.

Identification Requirement

All guests must provide a valid Government-approved ID proof with permanent address at the time of check-in. Without valid identification, the hotel may refuse accommodation.

Guest Photography

For security purposes, live photography of both guests during check-in is mandatory. These records are maintained for internal verification only.

Room Service

Room service is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Outside Food Policy

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

Guest Conduct

Guests must maintain proper behavior and respect other guests and hotel property. Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged accordingly.

Policy Changes

Hotel Abhijit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
